You will analyze competitors, identify market trends, and propose creative strategies that connect with our audience. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong marketing fundamentals, and the ability to translate insights into actionable ideas.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and strategic insights.
- Monitor industry trends, cultural patterns, and platform shifts to ensure campaigns stay relevant.
- Ideate and propose creative directions, messaging angles, and content frameworks.
- Prepare and refine screening questions for creative, marketing, or content-focused roles.
- Support the development of brand narratives, campaign concepts, and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate performance insights to refine concepts and future strategic decisions.
- Stay continuously updated with marketing best practices, creativity frameworks, and emerging tools.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- 1+ year B2C experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- C1 Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Highly eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, user behavior, and market research fundamentals.
- Ability to turn insights into clear recommendations and creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver structured, strategic thinking
Desired skills
- Experience working with B2B companies.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly through presentations or briefs.
- Strong curiosity for culture, consumer behavior, and evolving digital trends.
Work conditions
- Part-time position: Monday to Friday, 7:00–11:00 CT timezone
