Konstant Kreative is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Strategist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide designers in creating content that resonates with clients' target audiences
- Conduct market research, create briefs for the design team, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize creative outputs
- Leverage knowledge of marketing and analytics to ensure that designs are effective in achieving clients' goals
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative strategies that align with clients' marketing goals
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions to meet their objectives
- Use project management tools to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Work with other creatives to ensure consistency and quality of work across all projects

**Requirements**:

- Strong eye for design and ability to communicate ideas to clients and designers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
