The Opportunity You're Taking On

This role is a major opportunity because you're not stepping into a "small task job" — you're stepping into a growth engine position inside a company that is actively scaling. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys outbound activity, strong communication, and measurable performance.

What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

Make outbound cold and warm calls to commercial prospects

Follow a script + objection handling framework (we provide it)

Qualify leads and book appointments for our sales team

Update all call outcomes + notes inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

Follow up consistently through calls, SMS, and email when needed

Help keep the pipeline organized and moving forward

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You're a confident, fluent-English professional in LATAM with 2+ years of outbound calling or SDR experience. You're comfortable hearing "no," staying consistent, and pushing conversations forward. You're organized, coachable, and know how to work inside a CRM while supporting the full sales + customer service journey from first call to booked appointment.

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables)

To apply, you must have:

  • Fluent English (spoken + written)
  • Live in North or South America (outside the U.S.)
  • 2+ years of outbound SDR / cold calling / appointment setting experience
  • Comfortable making 75–100+ calls/day
  • Experience using a CRM daily (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CST
  • Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace

Bonus Points (Highly Preferred)

Stand out fast if you also have:

  • GoHighLevel pipeline + workflow experience
  • Commercial B2B calling experience (schools, offices, property managers, healthcare)
  • ZoomInfo or Apollo experience (or similar lead list tools)
  • Strong objection handling skills (not script-reading)
  • Experience setting appointments that actually show up
  • KPI mindset (you like tracking results)

Performance Expectations (KPIs)You will be measured on activity + outcomes:

75–100 dials/day,

8–15 conversations/day,

3–5 qualified appointments/week,

100% accurate CRM updates

Pay & Growth Opportunity

Hourly Pay: $8–$12 USD/hour (based on experience)

Performance Bonus: Available for hitting appointment and quality targets

Long-Term Opportunity: This role can grow into:

  • Senior SDR
  • SDR Team Lead
  • Sales Support Manager (future)
