PM/ Service Delivery

Buscamos un Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager responsable de liderar la entrega de servicios de TI a clientes estratégicos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los SLA, la gestión eficiente de proyectos y la mejora continua de los procesos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la entrega de servicios de TI asegurando niveles óptimos de calidad, continuidad y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Supervisar el ciclo de vida completo de proyectos tecnológicos desde la planificación hasta la entrega.
  • Administrar incidentes, problemas y cambios bajo marcos de referencia como ITIL.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos, así como proveedores clave.
  • Monitorear, reportar y asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs y SLA.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa y optimización de costos.
  • Gestionar riesgos, presupuestos, cronogramas y expectativas de stakeholders.
  • Liderar reuniones de seguimiento con clientes, comités de proyectos y service reviews.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Administración o afín.
  • 3+ años de experiencia como Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager o rol similar.
  • Conocimiento sólido de ITIL .
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos con metodologías ágiles y/o tradicionales (certificación PMP, Scrum Master o equivalente es un plus).
  • Habilidad para gestionar clientes, proveedores y equipos de soporte técnico.
  • Experiencia en elaboración y seguimiento de SLA, KPI y reportes ejecutivos.
  • Inglés intermedio / avanzado (deseable según la empresa).

Deseable

  • No indispensable.
  • Experiencia en entornos de cloud, ciberseguridad,telecomunicaciones o consultoría TI .
  • ITIL v4, Prince2, DevOps, COBIT, etc.
