Job Title: Salesforce Admin

Location: GDL, Jalisco, Mexico

Duration: Full Time

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a Salesforce Admin professional with 5 to 8 years of experience.

Years of experience needed:

  • 8 years of experience in Salesforce Admin.

Technical Skills:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Handle user management, permissions, and access controls.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce security measures and backup protocols.

Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce forecasting and reporting tools to provide accurate sales projections and business insights.
  • Create and automate dashboards and reports to track KPIs and other critical business metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of sales forecasts, identifying trends and anomalies in sales data.

Product Catalog Management:

  • Oversee the product catalog setup within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and detailed item descriptions, pricing, and categorization.
  • Work with product development and marketing teams to integrate new products into the catalog effectively.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in product information across all platforms and communications.

Business Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in sales processes, product offerings, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to communicate requirements and expectations.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices, usage of forecasting and reporting tools, and product catalog navigation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, reports, and enhancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Typically, 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with knowledge of Salesforce forecasting and reporting modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with product catalog management within Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and utilizing Salesforce analytics tools.

Certifications Needed:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
