The Impact You'll Make
As our
Finance/Accounting Intern
, you'll play a key role in supporting Danfoss's Shared Services team to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely financial operations for the Latin America region.Your impact? You'll help strengthen our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by resolving discrepancies, improving vendor payment timelines, and keeping accurate records. Your contributions will enhance collaboration between Finance, Procurement, and external partners—supporting Danfoss's commitment to operational excellence and financial integrity.You'll work in a
global, learning-focused, and results-oriented
environment, gaining valuable real-world experience while contributing to meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
Support
the Accounts Payable team in managing the subledger and resolving open debit balances.

Monitor and coordinate
the resolution of GR/IR accounts with relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate
with Procurement, Finance, and outsourcing partners to resolve pending invoices.

Follow up
on aged, unapproved, or rejected invoices to ensure timely processing.

Prepare and validate
monthly reports and metrics to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled
in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Intermediate English
skills (verbal and written)

  • Proactive and motivated with a "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to work effectively in a team.

Analytical mindset
with basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices
