Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor de Producción ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Reportando al Operations Manager, el Supervisor de Producción es responsable del soporte y control de las líneas de producción, realizando el correcto uso de los recursos humanos, materiales, planeación, maquinarias y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de los planes de producción.

Como es un día en el trabajo:

  • Seguimiento al plan de producción diario.
  • Responsable de producir diversos procesos/líneas en un entorno altamente técnico.
  • Generar reportes de hora por hora.
  • Seguimiento y cierre órdenes de producción.
  • Brinda asesoramiento técnico/operativo a los equipos de proyecto.
  • Puede actuar como enlace principal entre el equipo de operaciones y el departamento de mantenimiento
  • Liderar un equipo compuesto por profesionales (p. ej., ingenieros/oficiales) para cumplir con los requisitos de calidad, costos, entrega y capacidad de respuesta.
  • Analizar y resolver problemas operativos.
  • Mantener conversaciones periódicas con los operadores para supervisar el rendimiento y mejorar la comprensión y la capacidad operativa.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

  • Inglés básico
  • Carrera professional terminada.
  • Disponibilidad para turno 3.
  • Manejo de personal.
  • Experiencia en procesos de integración
  • Conocimiento en área de reparación y manejo de Flex Flow.
  • Conocimiento paquetería office.
  •  Conocimientos en sistema de inventarios (deseable).
