Vivo is looking for a Brand Designer for the LatAm team

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design & art development of product KV's, content creation for digital & offline materials.
  • Tropicalization of design materials & global campaigns, using cultural insights and global vision for graphic proposals.
  • Local relevant topics marketing research with a focus on connecting the product, the user, and the audience with a customer-centric perspective.
  • Photo editing, drafting, and illustration abilities (the last one is desirable).
  • Video editions of products and campaigns (as secondary tasks).
  • Internal communication side project materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.
  • 1 - 2 years of Designer / Branding experience, with a proven track record of projects for the Latin American market.
  • Great understanding of concepts, graphic materials execution (digital and printed).
  • Knows how to work under pressure and with an open mind about international multicultural co-working / collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Adobe software for design, like Illustrator, Photoshop, and even video editing with After Effects.
  • Open to experimenting and developing designs using AI (Artificial Intelligence).
  • Open-minded to feedback with a mature behavior.
  • Self-aware and with a soft skills growth perspective, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate and write professionally in both languages.
  • Good working ethics and a clear communicator.
  • Team player, good at working with multidisciplinary teams and positive thinking.
