Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in the Queretaro Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communication, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practices
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and delivering high-quality service
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle inquiries and issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Prior experience in logistics or the transportation industry is a plus
