About The Team/role
The Merchant Growth Strategy Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of thefastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line. This data-drivenposition requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage categorystrategy and seasonality consumption moments with our merchant base.

In this role, you'll be...

• Engagement of merchants to our platform as well as the growth of their online performance, via acombination of online and offline strategies in terms of promotions and seasonalities.
• Building deep data insights and understanding of our existing merchants in the local culture, in orderto build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives.
• Using data to understand merchant and category performance, and identify areas for improvementas we grow our business, in terms of category placement, seasonal selection and joint promotions.

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

• University graduates with bachelor degrees, or experienced professionals with experience inpreferably online Grocery (or Food) delivery business, especially in (user) operations roles.
• Previous operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting,investment banking, or in tech industry, is a plus.
• Data driven and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.
• Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
