The
Bidding Manager
is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising all bidding and tendering processes within the company, whether for public or private contracts. The main objective of this role is to ensure that the company participates efficiently, competitively, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsabilities

  1. Tender Management

  2. Analyze public and private tender announcements.

  3. Assess the feasibility of participating in each bidding process.
  4. Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals.

  5. Supervise the preparation of all administrative and legal documentation.

  6. Internal Coordination

  7. Collaborate with technical, legal, financial, and commercial departments to gather required information.

  8. Establish schedules, deliverables, and responsibilities for the bidding team.

  9. Monitoring and Control

  10. Ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements set by contracting authorities.

  11. Follow up on tender results and manage clarifications or appeals when necessary.

  12. External Relations

  13. Maintain communication with public entities, clients, and suppliers.

  14. Represent the company during bid openings, clarification meetings, and contract award events.

  15. Strategy and Continuous Improvement

  16. Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.

  17. Optimize internal bidding procedures.
  18. Develop strategies to increase award success rates.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields
    .
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years of experience
    in bidding, tendering, or public procurement processes (CFE EPC projects for line transmission and substation) MANDATORY
  • Familiarity with
    CFE platforms
    or any other government e-bidding systems.
