Desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el desarrollo y la ejecución de planes de marketing que tienen como fin lograr los objetivos fijados en aspectos que van desde el reconocimiento de la marca hasta la promoción de productos. Un especialista en marketing ha de ser un profesional competente capaz de entender las tendencias en cuanto al comportamiento de los consumidores y generar ideas creativas. También debes conocer a fondo conceptos, tácticas y principios de marketing especializados. El objetivo es ofrecer programas de marketing que contribuyan a aumentar nuestra reputación y crecimiento.**Responsabilidades**:- Realización de investigaciones de mercado para encontrar respuestas sobre los requisitos, los hábitos y lastendencias de los consumidores- Aportación y desarrollo de ideas para campañas de marketing creativas- Ayuda en actividades de outboud e inbound marketing demostrando experiência en distintas áreas(optimización y desarrollo de contenido, publicidad, programación de eventos, etc.)- Coordinarse con proveedores externos para ejecutar eventos y campañas promocionales- Colaborar con profesionales del marketing y otras disciplinas para coordinar las iniciativas que fomentanel reconocimiento de la marca y el marketing- Planificar y llevar a cabo iniciativas para llegar al público objetivo mediante los canales apropiados (redes- Contribuir al análisis de datos de marketing (resultados de campañas, tasas de conversión, tráfico, etc.)para ayudar a definir estrategias de marketing de cara al futuro- Emprender las tareas individuales asignadas de un plan de marketing- Análisis y evaluación de los resultados de las campañas, trabajo práctico- Formular soluciones y planes de mejora- Mejora de scripts de ofertas- Práctica de anuncios de listas de productos (PLA) y Google Smart Bidding- Manejo de herramientas de Google como Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google- Marketing de medios pagados- Gestión de estrategias de marketing orientadas al rendimiento en la vida realPerfil del puesto- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Marketing Digital- Conocimientos: estrategias de medios pagados, activación y optimización, PLA, Google Smart Bidding,Google Ads, Google Analitycs, Google Shopping- Certificaciones: Merchant Center y Google Tag Manager (es necesario)- Experiência: + 3 años en puesto similar, comercio electrónico, deseable haya laborado para Google,campañas google shopping- Habilidades: analíticas y numéricas, comunicación verbal y escrita,- Competencias:oFacilidad de palabraoComunicación asertivaoEmpatíaoTolerancia a la frustraciónoDisciplinadooAmplio sentido de responsabilidadoNegociaciónZona de trabajo: RemotoSueldo : $35,000 + PSL + 10 días de vacaciones adicionalesHorarios: lunes a viernes, 9:00 a 6:00**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Comercial / Ventas**Industria**:Publicidad**Habilidades**:- campañas de publicidad- agencia de publicidad- google shopping
