In collaboration with a global staffing firm that helps connect top talent with leading technology companies across the U.S., UK, and Europe. That specialize in staffing for Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, and Software Engineering roles.

We're now looking for someone who shares those values to join our operations team — helping ensure every contractor placement runs smoothly and compliantly from day one.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Compliance Executive to support our compliance, onboarding, and finance processes for contractors working across the U.S.

If you love details, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping things organized and compliant — this is the perfect role for you. You'll be a key link between our contractors, clients, and internal teams, making sure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate onboarding for new contractors, ensuring all required documentation (IDs, contracts, work permits) is complete and accurate.
  • Track timesheets, expenses, and payments to make sure everything is submitted and approved on time.
  • Follow up on missing compliance documents or billing items with contractors and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with finance to prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain clean records.
  • Respond to contractor questions about timesheets, payments, or compliance with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Support audits, reporting, and data tracking to keep our compliance systems up to date.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, finance, or operations — ideally in a staffing, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Strong organization and communication skills — you know how to keep tasks moving and people informed.
  • Proficiency with Excel and experience using CRMs like Bullhorn (or similar).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
  • Comfortable working remotely with teams across multiple time zones (U.S. and UK).
