Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounting Services Manager to oversee accounting services for external clients, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency. This role supervises a remote accounting team while maintaining high client satisfaction and service quality. The Accounting Operations Manager ensures all work aligns with client objectives and supports financial clarity across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct accounting functions for third-party clients, including ledger management, financial statements, and tax compliance.
- Lead and coach remote accounting staff, promoting consistency and strong performance.
- Improve accounting procedures to enhance accuracy, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
- Act as primary liaison for clients, managing questions, concerns, and general communication.
- Prepare, review, and deliver customized financial reports with actionable insights.
- Stay informed on tax regulations relevant to client industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service alignment with broader business goals.
- Assist with client onboarding and contribute to service improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong tax compliance background for SMEs
- Skilled in accounting software and remote work tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- QuickBooks proficiency required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
