IT Support & Systems Administrator
(Mexico)

We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused
IT Support Technician & System Administrator
to serve as the primary technical support contact for our Naucalpan, Mexico office. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth technology experience for local employees while coordinating closely with our IT team based in Westbury, NY. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable supporting a wide range of hardware, software, and network technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Local IT Support & Helpdesk


• Serve as the onsite point of contact for all IT-related requests and issues from local office

staff.


• Provide Level 1–2 support for laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, mobile devices, and

business applications.


• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and

common productivity tools.


• Support day-to-day issues including connectivity, printing, hardware malfunctions, and

system errors.

Onboarding, Provisioning & Asset Management


• Prepare and provision laptops, peripherals, software, accounts, and access for new hires.


• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely configuration or

recovery of equipment.


• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, consumables, and software

licenses.


• Coordinate equipment procurement, repairs, warranties, and returns with internal teams

and vendors.

Network & Infrastructure Support


• Provide hands-on support for network connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and

other basic networking issues.


• Perform network wiring and cable termination as needed for office setups or relocations.


• Support monitoring of local infrastructure and escalate issues to the NY-based IT team or

service providers when necessary.

Systems, Security & Compliance


• Assist with maintaining endpoint security, antivirus, encryption, patching, and adherence

to IT security standards.


• Ensure compliance with company technology policies and support users in following

them.


• Document key processes, troubleshooting steps, and common IT procedures for internal

reference.

Collaboration with NY Headquarters


• Work closely with the NY IT team on system upgrades, office technology improvements,

and deployment of corporate tools.


• Participate in cross-location IT initiatives, providing local insight and hands-on

assistance.


• Support small IT projects such as meeting room upgrades, equipment rollouts, and office

expansions.

Experience and Qualifications:


• 2–3 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technician role (office

environment preferred), or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer

Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.


• Solid understanding of:

o Operating systems: Windows (required), macOS (required).

o Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware (laptops/desktops), peripherals,

printers, and networking equipment.

o Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi.

o Hardware installation, wiring, and cable termination


• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) concepts; experience using a ticketing

system is a plus.


• Familiarity with security best practices for endpoints, passwords, and data protection.


• Ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with remote team

members.


• English proficiency (reading and writing) required.

Shift Timing: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Naucalpan, Mexico
