SALES DIRECTOR
Estamos en búsqueda de un Sales Director que reportará de forma directa al Head of Mexico.
Como vas a contribuir:Estrategia Comercial: Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de ventas anual, definiendo objetivos, cuotas y KPIs para el equipo y sobre todo el porfolio de marcas de la empresa.
Liderazgo de Equipo: Reclutar, capacitar y dirigir a un equipo de ejecutivos de ventas de alto rendimiento, fomentando una cultura de éxito y orientación a resultados.
Expansión de Mercado: Identificar y abrir nuevas oportunidades de negocio y puntos de venta, negociando acuerdos comerciales que maximicen la visibilidad y rentabilidad de la marca.
Análisis y Ejecución: Monitorear el desempeño de ventas, analizar datos del mercado y de la competencia para ajustar la estrategia y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Trade Marketing: Colaborar con el equipo de Marketing para diseñar y ejecutar activaciones, promociones y material POP en el punto de venta.
Aproximadamente 70% de travel time en el territorio con el fin de visitar clientes, hacer scouting de oportunidades de negocio, crear y fortalecer la relación entre la empresa y los clientes.
10+ años de experiencia en la industria mayorista, preferiblemente en el sector de gafas, moda o lujo.
5+ años de experiencia gestionando un equipo de ventas.
Totalmente bilingüe español-inglés; conocimiento del italiano es un plus.
Capaz de combinar una mentalidad 100% orientada a objetivos con una perspectiva estratégica a largo plazo.
Totalmente competente e independiente en el manejo de negociaciones complejas con clientes externos y de proyectos especiales con diferentes funciones corporativas.
