Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost goals.
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply,
  • Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
  • Make budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
  • Develop schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

You will have:

  • 2 years of experience as a production supervisor
  • In a positive manner despite challenges to deliverables, and resources..
  • Engineering or bachelor's degree
  • Hourly Personal Management
  • Shift Availability
  • Committed to safety
  • Knowledge of Production PLAN
  • Intermediate-advanced English (written and conversational) Engineering Change Management Excel intermediate-advanced level (macro handling)
  • Knowledge of SAP (Routes, BOMs, standard times)
  • Project coordination
  • Customer service
  • Problem analysis and Resolve
