We're looking for a CRM Analyst to support Clara's Growth CRM team through hands-on execution, automation, data analysis. This role sits at the intersection of Lifecycle, Growth, Product, and Data, and plays a key role in improving user activation, engagement across the customer journey.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Executing and optimizing lifecycle and engagement strategies.
- Building and maintaining automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar to enable CRM operations and multi-channel campaigns.
- Designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments and A/B tests across CRM channels.
- Measuring and reporting on key KPIs such as activation, engagement, conversion rates, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Collaborating with Product, and Data teams to ensure correct event tracking, data quality, and reliable automation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve user journeys through data-driven insights and behavioral analysis.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves- 3–4 years of experience in Growth, CRM, Lifecycle or Marketing Operations roles.
- Hands-on experience executing multichannel engagement, activation, and churn prevention campaigns with CRM tools such as Customer IO, HubSpot, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Braze, or Saasquatch.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid experience working with funnels, attribution, and marketing KPIs. Business-oriented mindset with strong understanding of growth mechanics.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience building and maintaining automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Experience with SQL, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Experience using Metabase, Hubspot, or N8N
- Experience in campaign personalization or product-led growth initiatives

Clara's Hybrid PolicyClaridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
