Senior Implementation Analyst

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst  within our ALI Americas group.

Works directly with customers either on-site or remotely post-sale through installation and implementation. These customers will primarily be located in the USA or Canada but could be located elsewhere.

· Configure technical solutions for customers and ensure successful customer project implementation.

· Maintain product knowledge and answer client questions on product functionality and usage.

· Provide feedback to development and other groups as needed.

· Provide technical support in presentations and product demonstrations and conduct customer training.

· Must be capable of relating the Company's products to a particular discipline and giving direction and guidance to customers during the definition and implementation of Company products.

· Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.

· Conducts tasks and assignments as directed, working under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

· May work on pre-sales activities.

· Will be required to be able to read, understand and adjust Python code.

· Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems, while providing technical support and guidance to clients during project execution phase(s).

· Construct and provide project documentation for all assigned projects (e.g., Site Completion & Installation Report, functional requirements, design documents, lessons learned, etc.)

Competencies include:

• Identifying and documenting technical issues.

• Creating technical documents with assistance from senior consultants.

• Coordinating internal processes.

• Gaining knowledge on multiple solutions.

• Implementing j5 solutions for customers.

Required Education, Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Electrical), Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Science

• Process industry experience would be highly beneficial.

• Strong academic and non-academic record.

• Strong problem solving and time management skills.

• Strong teamwork, people, presentation, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally, USA VISA greatly beneficial.

• Experience in some programming language is greatly beneficial.

• 2 or more years of relative experience is needed.
