Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon)
is seeking a Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group.

• Works directly with customers either on-site or remotely post-sale through installation and implementation. These customers will primarily be located in the USA, Canada or Mexico but could be located elsewhere.
• Be part of the implementation team that configures technical solutions for customers and ensures successful customer project implementation.
• Gain and maintain product knowledge and answer client questions on product functionality and usage.
• Provide technical support in presentations and product demonstrations and conduct customer training.
• Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.
• Conducts tasks and assignments as directed, working under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Will be required to be able to read, understand and adjust Python code, with guidance.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems.
• Construct and provide project documentation for all assigned projects (e.g., Site Completion & Installation Report, functional requirements, design documents, lessons learned, etc.)

Education / Qualifications
Competencies include:

• Identifying and documenting technical issues.
• Creating technical documents with assistance from senior consultants .
• Gaining knowledge on multiple solutions.
• Implementing j5 solutions for customers.

Required Education, Qualifications, Experience And Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Electrical), Mechatronics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Science
• Strong academic and non-academic record.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Strong teamwork, people, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally, USA VISA greatly beneficial.
• Experience in some programming language is greatly beneficial.
• 2 or more years of relative experience is needed.
