Pre-Sales Specialist – Body-Worn Camera Solutions LATAM

We're looking for a
Pre-Sales Specialist
to join our team and help drive the adoption of cutting-edge
Body-Worn Camera (BWC)
solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement.


What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose tailored BWC solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and solution design.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in video surveillance, cloud storage, AI, and digital evidence management.


What we're looking for:

  • +10 YoE in pre-sales or technical consulting (ideally in security tech or SaaS).
  • Experience with BWC, CCTV, or related technologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with technologies like cloud platforms, GPS, AI, and video analytics.
  • Fluent in English

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)
