Accounting and Business Manager

We value positive teamwork, honesty, talent and making an impact — and we're looking for a dedicated Accounting and Business Manager that is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our amazing team and help us grow.

The job can be described in the following parts:

Finance & Accounting

• Manage daily bookkeeping and perform all the company accounting entries in QuickBooks Online
• Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly close
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash-flow updates
• Oversee payroll and contractor payments
• Coordinate with external tax accountants and auditors
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and internal controls

Business Administration & Operations

• Manage business insurance policies, renewals, and supporting documentation
• Maintain company records, contracts, vendor files, and compliance forms
• Support general business operations including vendor communication and contract review
• Assist with organizing internal workflows and improving administrative processes

Strategic & CEO Support

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare financial packages for lenders and assist with loan applications
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
• Provide general business management support as the CEO's day-to-day partner
• Communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and external teams
• Communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
• Help streamline processes across the business

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in finance, accounting, or business operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements, and cash-flow management
• Experience working in or supporting U.S.-based businesses (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities, and follow through reliably

Compensation

• MX$65,000 monthly salary
