About the Role

As our Client Success Manager (CSM), you're not just managing accounts — you're building relationships, driving growth, and coaching clients toward their biggest business breakthroughs. You'll be the go-to partner for clients, ensuring they feel supported, empowered, and set up to crush their goals.

What You'll Do

  • Coach and guide clients on how to grow and scale their real estate businesses using our proven methods and frameworks

  • Set clients up for success from day one

  • Communicate proactively and consistently with clients, providing value at every touchpoint

  • Collaborate with our marketing and media buying teams to deliver top-tier results for clients

  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities to help clients maximize their investment & get the opportunity to earn HIGH commission numbers each month

  • Resolve challenges quickly and confidently — always finding a way forward

  • Track client progress and provide actionable insights to improve their business outcomes

  • Over deliver, exceed expectations, and celebrate wins with clients

  • Knowledge and Understanding of the American & Canadian Real Estate Market

  • Incredible communicator (In English) — verbally and in writing, you're clear, confident, and client-centric

  • Comfortable working 100% remote and independently

Your Success Metrics

  • Keep client churn below 6%

  • Achieve a 95% contract completion rate

  • Generate at least 20% of your clients' new sales through upsells and renewals monthly

  • Maintain a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27, $45,892.00 per month
