A global leader in automation solutions, recognized for its premium, end-to-end offerings across equipment, integration, and lifecycle services, is looking to hire an HR Manager to support continued growth and organizational development within this dynamic sector.

Requirements
  • Ademic Studies:Bachelor's Degree
  • Work experience: At least 5 years of human resources management experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • Languages:Speaks, reads and writes fluently in both Spanish and English
  • Softwares:MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Payroll/HR applications and Applicant Tracking System
  • Must be able to travel periodically

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to ensure a qualified and reliable workforce.
  • Oversee employee contracts, payroll, and statutory benefits, ensuring full legal compliance.
  • Manage union relations and adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
  • Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on personnel matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR data privacy standards, and internal policies.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and support a safe, productive work environment in collaboration with Operations.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and support corporate HR programs, including training needs identification and development planning.
