Our client is looking for a HR Manager to join their team in Mexico City. The individual will focus on supporting business leaders in company's growth strategy, advise them on people and organizational matters, manage the People Team in Mexico, and drive critical people initiatives. You will leverage both strategic and hands-on leadership to develop, implement and execute people programs, projects and tools, anticipate risks, and manage complex issues in partnership with the HQ People Team.

Responsibilities:

• Built and lead the Mexico People Team to support scalable and sustainable business growth;

• Manage and drive strategic and operational HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, and learning and development;

• Be an ambassador of the company's culture and core values, drive cultural promotion and diversity initiatives;

• Manage internal communications to ensure effective and consistent messaging office-wide;

• Coordinate the performance management cycle, conduct relevant trainings, manage internal comms, and ensure reliability with the process;

• Partner with the leadership team and the HQ People Team to ensure fair compensation and job leveling;

• Solve critical people and organizational problems and get to the root cause of any issue; design and implement solutions across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree;

• 8-10 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, with comprehensive knowledge of the Mexico labor regulations and practices;

• Experience in managing multiple HR functions in an international or multicultural environment, including but not limited to talent acquisition, development and retention, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, and performance management;

• Excellent people management and communication skills, able to build relationships with senior leaders and various stakeholders to drive organizational change;

• Proven analytical thinking and problem solving skills;

• Comfortable with complexities and ambiguities at the early stage of business expansion;

• Bilingual in Spanish and English;

• Passion for games, or experience in game or tech companies a plus;

• Had multinational exposure or HR consultancy experience is a plus.
