This role may assist with supervising remote staff while maintaining excellent client relationships. The Accounting Coordinator plays a key role in aligning services with client goals, ensuring financial clarity and contributing to operational success.**Key Responsibilities**- Support and oversee accounting services provided to third-party clients, including general ledger, financial statements, and tax compliance.- Assist in mentoring remote accounting staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to client-specific requirements.- Help develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.- Prepare, review, and present financial reports tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations relevant to client industries and help ensure compliance across accounts.- Collaborate with other departments to align accounting services with broader business goals.- Support business development efforts by assisting in client onboarding and service customization.**Qualifications**- 3-5+ years of accounting experience, U.S based companies.- Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance, particularly for small to mid-size businesses.- Proficiency with accounting software and remote collaboration tools.- Experience with QuickBooks is a must.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.**Skills**- Team collaboration and coordination in a remote environment.- Analytical thinking and problem solving.- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and financial tools.- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.**Remote Work Requirements**- A minimum of two monitors for optimal productivity.- A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.- A reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and task execution.**Education**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Pay: $28,000.00 - $34,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
