¿Qué estamos buscando?Principales responsabilidades
- Es r esponsable de las estrategias de admisión de crédito para tarjetas de crédito y consumo para personas físicas.
- Gestiona los riesgos, números y volúmenes del negocio, que son más comerciales. El puesto se enfoca en clientes que ya son clientes del banco.
- Conocimiento y manejo de Python para el manejo de datos.
Retos del Puesto:
- Maximizar la penetración de la oferta de crédito para tarjetas y consumo en el portafolio de cliente.
- Contar con "data telling," que implica sintetizar mensajes complejos con soporte numérico para audiencias comerciales y equipos de analytics .
Los requisitos que debes cumplir son los siguientes:
Conocimientos obligatorios :
- Phyton u algún otro lenguaje de programación. Se valoran certificaciones en temas de manejo de datos, big data o minería, así como diplomados o maestría
Escolaridad:
- Licenciatura Económica Administrativas, Físico y Matemático.
Experiencia:
Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en:
- Riesgo de Crédito para Particulares.
- Desarrollo de liderazgo, especialmente en grupos multidisciplinarios, para interactuar con diferentes equipos y ser interlocutor entre el área comercial y el área de riesgos, lo que implica mucha negociación.
