Como E-commerce Manager (DTC)
en
SABOR MANÍ
, vas a ser
dueño(a) del crecimiento de
: ventas, conversión, ticket promedio y recompra. Este rol es para alguien que disfruta
construir, medir y optimizar
: probar ideas rápido, iterar semanalmente y convertir insights en mejoras reales (CRO, catálogo, promos, contenido, retención y performance).

Trabajarás de la mano con marketing y operaciones para que la tienda funcione como una máquina:
mejor experiencia, mejor funnel, mejor margen
. Tendrás autonomía para proponer y ejecutar, con enfoque total en resultados.

Modalidad:
Tiempo completo,
remoto
(con disponibilidad para coordinación frecuente con equipo/operación).

Responsabilidades clave

  • Ser responsable del
    P&L digital
    : ventas, conversión, AOV, CAC/ROAS, margen y recompra.
  • Ejecutar un plan de crecimiento con
    ritmo semanal
    (experimentos, mejoras, lanzamientos, promos).
  • Optimizar el sitio:
    PDPs, bundles, upsells, checkout, velocidad y UX
    (CRO).
  • Gestionar catálogo: productos, colecciones, pricing, inventario y calendario comercial.
  • Coordinar campañas con marketing (Meta/Google/email/WhatsApp) y asegurar consistencia de mensaje + oferta.
  • Medir y reportar: dashboards y decisiones basadas en datos (Shopify/GA4).

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable en
    e-commerce DTC
    (ideal Shopify) moviendo métricas, no solo "operando tienda".
  • Excel/Sheets fuerte
    y mentalidad analítica para decidir con datos.
  • Capacidad para
    negociar y generar acuerdos
    (proveedores, aliados, agencias, marketplaces).
  • Comunicación clara y enfoque en
    customer experience
    (atención, postventa, reputación).
  • Perfil "startup": autónomo(a), ordenado(a), rápido(a) para ejecutar, cómodo(a) con ambigüedad y mejora continua.

  • Experiencia en
    CPG / alimentos
    , suscripciones, Amazon/Mercado Libre.
  • Herramientas: GA4, Klaviyo (o similar), Hotjar, A/B testing, Meta/Google Ads.
