E commerce Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the comprehensive e-commerce strategy (B2B, B2C, and marketplaces).
  • Manage key accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Shopee, Linio, and Liverpool.
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates, sales by channel) and generate executive reports.
  • Coordinate promotions, launches, and sales activities aligned with the forecast and sell-in/sell-out objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with distributors, brands, and marketplaces.
  • Oversee product content, pricing, inventory, and online availability.
  • Collaborate with IT, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure efficient omnichannel operations.
  • Develop and lead the e-commerce team, fostering their professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, for communication and coordination with global teams.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Manager, Product Manager, or Key Account positions within the e-commerce or technology sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, International Relations, or related.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or diploma in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart).
  • Development and execution of omnichannel strategies and management of marketing budgets.
  • Management of multidisciplinary teams and project leadership.

Technical Skills:

  • Platforms: Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop.
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI.
  • Skills in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, CRM, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (desirable).
