Como Ingeniero de Soporte en Sitio para el Proyecto ACS en Huaxing Telecom SA de CV, serás responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico en tiempo real, abordar problemas técnicos y garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema en las instalaciones del cliente. Tus responsabilidades diarias incluirán la resolución de incidencias, la interacción con clientes para proporcionar soporte y la colaboración con equipos internos ubicados en México y en China. Ser intermediario entre el cliente y los equipos de Desarrollo en China. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y presencial ubicado en la Ciudad de México, México. Trabajaras de cerca con uno de los principales Operadores en México de Fibra Óptica y Telefonía Fija.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en resolución de problemas y soporte técnico para garantizar la solución de incidencias de manera efectiva.
  • Habilidades en soporte al cliente y servicio al cliente, con capacidad para ofrecer una experiencia profesional y receptiva. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas operativos y su configuración para brindar soporte fiable y actualizado. Conocimientos básicos de Soporte de Software (Mantenimiento, actualización yt resolución de problemas). Conocimientos Básicos de Linux y Java. Conocimientos Sólidos de bases de datos (MySQL)
  • Competencias adicionales, como comunicación efectiva, habilidades de trabajo en equipo y un enfoque orientado a resultados, son altamente valorables.
  • Idiomas: Español 100%. Inglés Fluido Hablado y Escrito.
  • Graduado de Carreras de Ciencias en Compuación, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o relacionadas.

Experiencia:

  • 1-2 Años de soporte en IT y aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia en industria de Telecomunicaciones, especialmente redes FTTH.
  • Familiaridad con elementos de Red ONT, OLT y Otros.
  • Conocimiento de TR-069 como un plus.
  • Ideal para ingenieros Junior con sólidos conocimientos técnicos de IT
  • Abierto para recién graduados con familiaridad en Linux, Java y MySQL
