We're looking for a Supplier Account Manager to join Signify.

Your challenge

As a member of our Procurement organization, work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop and coordinate key procurement strategies with the BoM. The Supplier Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic suppliers, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality performance, and alignment with the business short-, mid-, and long-term strategy. This role acts as the primary interface between the company and assigned suppliers, driving consolidation, performance improvement, and support for new product introductions.

Commercial & Pricing Management

  • Manage and negotiate pricing structures, market-driven price adjustments, and commercial agreements.
  • Define and manage stocking agreements, including inventory levels, consignment models, and ownership responsibilities.
  • Negotiate minimum order quantities (MOQ), commercial terms, payment terms, and Incoterms.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and competitiveness improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned suppliers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Logistics).
  • Proactively manage supply risk and contingency plans

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement.
  • Proven track record in commercial negotiations and supplier performance management.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, strategic thinking and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
