Position Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of analysts to ensure work quality, accuracy and data integrity.
Partner with leadership to align business priorities with strategic use of data and technology.
Drive cross-functional projects that improve financial workflows and deliver real business impact.
Identify and implement improvements to data collection, reporting tools and analytical workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of data analysis experience
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of data tools and techniques for review and visualization.
