Objetivos funcionales:

  1. Recibir diariamente el programa de producción, coordinar y controlar al personal operativo de un área de fabricación específica y asegurar que se adapte al programa de trabajo establecido.
  2. Verificar que los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad y las especificaciones establecidas.
  3. Asegurar que el personal cuente con el material necesario para llevar a cabo sus actividades y que cumpla con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la planta.
  4. Preparar informes de resultados de producción.

Es responsable de:

  • Trabaja con el equipo de planeación diariamente para garantizar que se cumpla la producción programada.
  • Coordina la ejecución de la planeación de la capacidad requerida, recomienda las necesidades de personal apropiadas, las horas extraordinarias requeridas o el excedente de recursos.
  • Mantiene el flujo de trabajo mediante el monitoreo de los pasos del proceso.
  • Desarrollar procedimientos y sistemas de presentación de informes
  • Facilitar las correcciones de los fallos de funcionamiento dentro de los puntos de control del proceso.
  • Monitorea y ejecuta los KPI establecidos para asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Mantiene el producto de calidad mediante el establecimiento y la aplicación de los estándares de la organización.
  • Si se detecta un defecto o no conformidad es responsable de seguir el plan de reacción.
  • Supervisa y dirige directamente las actividades diarias de los empleados asignados.
  • Gestión de personal, mantiene la disciplina de los empleados; desarrolla oportunidades de crecimiento personal.
  • Proporciona liderazgo y establece estándares como 5S, principios lean, calidad y eficiencia.
  • Responsable de desarrollar una fuerza laboral multifuncional que se pueda utilizar mejor para satisfacer de manera efectiva y eficiente los requisitos del cliente.
  • Comprender la política de calidad y los objetivos de calidad.
  • Desempeñar deberes y responsabilidades de acuerdo con el sistema de calidad documentado.

  • Recomendar e implementar mejoras en las actividades y procesos dentro del sistema de calidad.

  • Las funciones enlistadas anteriormente son enunciativas, más no limitativas.

Educación y conocimiento profesional:

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica o relacionado.
  • 3 años de experiencia laboral en liderazgo de producción (electrónica/cable).

Competencias funcionales, técnicas e individuales requeridas:

  • Conocimiento de los procesos de producción que involucran ensamblajes de cables, arneses y tarjeta de circuitos.
  • Manejo de paquete office.
  • Manejo de SAP.
  • Técnicas JIT.
  • Orientación al cliente.
  • Liderazgo.
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales y trabajo en equipo.
  • Sentido de urgencia con enfoque al logro de resultados.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Planeación estratégica.
  • Innovación de procesos.
  • Ética.
  • Diseño y manejo de procesos eficientes y sustentables.
  • Responsabilidad ambiental y social empresarial.

Sería una ventaja si el titular del puesto tiene experiencia previa en las siguientes áreas:
