You support our team as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR **Responsibilities**: - Verify that the personnel have the safety equipment applicable to their process. - Verify that the safety protocols established by the organization are followed at all times. - Plan, Execute, Follow Up and Evaluate the plan to ensure that it is fulfilled every day. - In case of accidents or incidents, report immediately to the person in charge of safety. - Supervise production orders and their compliance on a daily and weekly basis. - Solve any problems that may arise during the production process, ensuring that the system returns to normal as soon as possible. - Review the inventory stock level. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in the position of 3 to 5 years. - Availability to roll shifts and generate extra time. - PC management (Excel, Word, Power Point), Outlook mail - Ability to coordinate work teams, Ability to organize personnel - Ability to solve problems The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
