Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant
with a strong background in
Oracle EBS HRMS modules
beyond Payroll. The ideal candidate will bring extensive functional expertise, deep technical knowledge, and proven success in both implementation and support projects. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize our human capital management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage payroll-related projects, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Provide expert functional support in the Oracle EBS Payroll module.
  • Partner with technical teams to design and implement payroll solutions.
  • Perform system testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system issues.
  • Deliver end-user training, guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years
    of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.
  • Proven track record in
    2–3 full-cycle implementations
    and
    2–3 support projects
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Fast Formula
    and
    Oracle EBS R12.2.9
    .
  • Advanced skills in
    PL/SQL, SQL
    , and Oracle development tools (Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher).
  • Experience with
    OA Framework (OAF)
    and EBS module customization/personalization.
  • Familiarity with
    Oracle Application Object Library (AOL)
    components and standards.
  • Excellent
    analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
    abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Open to
    flexible time shifts
    to support business needs.
