Where You'll Make a Difference
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently using the company's workflow tools.
- Manage invoice and payment priorities based on vendor terms to ensure timely payments, including urgent requests.
- Match invoices with purchase orders in the company system.
- Verify that all required information and approvals are complete and correct.
- Review supplier documents to ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform reconciliations by checking entries and comparing system reports to identify and correct errors.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- At least one year of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) such as SAP, Softland, Servipag, etc.
- Knowledge of Chilean banking processes.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
