We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Associate-Field Tech to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities:

  • Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.
  • May assist with simple parts replacementand repair on desktops /notebooks/ printers.
  • Travel may be required

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating
  • Basic client service skills.
