About Us

We are a fast-growing solar sales organization focused on delivering elite training, performance systems, and project management support to our sales teams. Our core business revolves around:

  • Recruiting and onboarding new sales reps
  • Training and developing them into top performers

  • Managing lead flow and CRM discipline
  • Overseeing project management from sale to install
  • Building repeatable systems we can scale and replicate

We have strong sales processes — now we need an operations leader who can help us organize, standardize, document, and level up every part of the business.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager who is:

  • Highly organized

  • Skilled at documenting and building scalable processes
  • Able to help "bottle" how we operate so we can grow rapidly

This position is for someone who thrives in fast growth, enjoys building structure, and wants to make a measurable impact on people and performance.

Experience with EOS, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus but not required. We will teach our operating system; you must bring the mindset and discipline.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Operations

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new reps
  • Improve the consistency and performance of salespeople
  • Identify gaps and implement systems that drive results
  • Assist with training sessions, coaching cycles, and performance improvement plans
  • Build accountability systems around KPIs and CRM usage

Process Design and Documentation

  • Document existing procedures into clear, usable SOPs
  • Create checklists, workflows, templates, dashboards, and playbooks
  • Build scalable versions of our processes so other teams can replicate them
  • Continuously improve systems as the company grows

Lead and CRM Management

  • Ensure leads are properly distributed, worked, and updated
  • Monitor follow-up habits, speed-to-lead, and pipeline hygiene
  • Build simple, clear systems reps can follow daily

Project Management (Post-Sale)

  • Track solar projects from contract to install
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, or communication gaps
  • Keep reps, customers, and installers informed with clear processes
  • Build systems to reduce cancellations and speed up timelines

Internal Organization

  • Create internal structure so the business runs smoothly
  • Coordinate between sales, training, admin, installers, and operations
  • Anticipate problems before they become fires
  • Bring order and predictability to a fast-moving environment

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Experience in sales operations, project management, recruiting operations, or process improvement
  • Proven ability to document processes and build systems
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable in high-growth environments
  • Experience supporting sales teams is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement background is helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Able to take initiative without being micromanaged

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with EOS
  • Experience in solar, roofing, home services, or home improvement industries
  • Experience building training programs or playbooks
  • KPI development or scorecard management
  • Knowledge of automations or workflow design
