The TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creator education strategy for TikTok Shop, including the design and production of educational content (videos, guides, tutorials) aimed at improving content quality and platform knowledge.
  • Set up, write, and execute creator communications across channels such as Push, Inbox, WhatsApp, and Email, including copywriting, message setup, and campaign deployment, ensuring proper segmentation, clarity, and performance focus (CTR, OR).
  • Own the management and day-to-day operations of WhatsApp creator communities, including content sharing, moderation, follow-ups, and coordination around key initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with content agencies to coordinate deliverables, review scripts, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with marketing and performance objectives.
  • Support the execution and follow-up of key TikTok Shop campaigns (e.g., competitions, missions, and special initiatives), ensuring educational and communication materials are correctly implemented across channels.
  • Research and analyze creator education and marketing strategies from other markets to propose improvements and adaptations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Applicants are kindly requested to submit an English-language resume
  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related major.
  • Strong interest in digital content, creator marketing, TikTok, and the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Solid communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience or strong interest in content production (video, scripting, copywriting), ideally with familiarity with TikTok-style content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with TikTok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus
