Position Overview

We are searching for bilingual talent with a passion for customer support and organized administrative work. As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the intake process, collecting important details, and ensuring all information is entered accurately into our system.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structure, teamwork, and a professional environment with growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls in English and Spanish, offering clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Gather client information and input it into our intake and case systems with precision.
  • Support general administrative duties related to the intake process.
  • Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong bilingual communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Organized, empathetic, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume or fast-paced setting.
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow structured processes.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based standards is an advantage, but not required.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, administrative roles, or intake positions.
  • Comfortable multitasking while navigating computer systems.
  • CRM or data-entry experience preferred.
  • Experience in legal intake or structured admin environments is considered a plus.
