A company is only as good as its people. And, as we always want to be at the top of our game, you'll need to be there too if you want to work with us. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Information Technology Department.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

  • Ensure daily coordination and operation on the information system at the IEE location
  • Works within the framework of projects delivery at the global level
  • Level 1 and 2 supports for end users, infrastructure and production related IT system
  • Day to day IT management and monitoring (active and passive maintenance)
  • Local IT project leader (in the framework of global IT projects)
  • Escalation point for local management / end users
  • Provide tools, training and support to the end user's community
  • Ensure good support to improve satisfaction to final user, being service oriented
  • Ensure the respect of group standards, concerning hardware, software, user and license management following IT headquarter guidelines

You Would Need To Meet The Following Requirements

  • Master's degree in IT or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position
  • End user computing support and installation skills

  • IT skills:

  • Microsoft Active Directory (2012)

  • Microsoft Group Policy management
  • Monitoring services (Nagios / Check_MK is an asset)
  • Network, DNS and DHCP Protocol
  • VMWare virtualization infrastructure

  • ITIL v3 oriented and associated ticketing system

  • Microsoft Service Center, basic Linux knowledge and VEEAM software knowledge is considered an asset

  • Problem solving and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), any other language is an asset
