POSITION PURPOSE
The Implementation Resource Coordinator plays a vital support role in coordinating the timely execution of client onboarding and installations. This individual is responsible for supporting resource allocation, scheduling logistics, and facilitating communication across delivery teams and external vendors. The role ensures that internal resources are aligned to meet delivery timelines and operational milestones.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Scheduling & Resource Coordination

  • Support scheduling of technicians or field engineers for appointments based on availability, skillset, and project priority.
  • Maintain and update documentation, installation calendars, and internal tracking systems.

Communication & Logistics

  • Communicate with internal and external teams to confirm availability, readiness, and timelines.
  • Handle routine communication with clients regarding appointment confirmations.
  • Support shipment tracking and escalate delivery issues to Resource Managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Comfortable communicating across teams and managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, or CRM platforms).

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
