Contact Center Analyst
Your Impact
As Commercial Assoc Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Taking calls
- replying to emails
- Follow ups
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
- Strong English language skills (written and oral)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools)
- Desireable knowledge of SQL, PowerQuery, Power BI, SAP and Salesforce
- Customer Support experience
