Job Description SummaryWe're looking for a candidate who shares our passion for delivering the highest level of client service to thrive in our team-oriented culture. The QM Intern will provide day-to-day support to the Quality Leader to ensure Quality Management System works.Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & communicate Quality Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maintain Quality Management System tool.
  • Create Quality documents such as processes, procedures, flow charts.
  • Monitor calibration of laboratories' equipment.
  • Monitor findings
  • Collaborate with audits (internal & external).
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Special projects or assignments as needed

Requirements:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Industrial Management or related field.
  • Graduation date 2027.
  • Advocate to quality and formal documentation
  • People-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
  • Clear communication skills for reporting progress and results.
  • Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas.
