We are searching for the best talent for Senior R&D New Product Development Engineer to be in Juarez, Chih.
Purpose:
Work on most tasks with instructions on the expected overall results. You may receive technical guidance for the most unusual or complex problems, but independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. He works on problems in different areas in which the analysis of information requires the evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies by selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Erroneous decisions or recommendations or failure to achieve results would normally result in a serious delay in the program or project and a significant expenditure of resources. It provides assistance in the development of new product processes and provides technical support for the transfer to the manufacturing plant in Juarez and during the start of regular production.

You Will Be Responsible For
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Applies an intense and diverse knowledge of engineering principles and practices in assignment areas and related fields.

• You can technically supervise, coordinate and review the work of a small group of engineers and technicians, estimate the necessary manpower and scheduling and assign the work to meet the completion date. Or as an individual researcher or specialist staff, you can be assisted in projects by other engineers and technicians.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and nine or more years of related engineering experience
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline and seven or more years of related engineering experience
• PhD in a relevant discipline and four or more years of related engineering experience.
• He has significant engineering experience at a complex level.
• Experience in the medical device industry is considered a plus.
• Knowledge in Six Sigma, preferably
