Purpose
Work on most assignments with instructions about the expected overall result. You may receive technical guidance for the most unusual or complex problems, but independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. It works on problems with various scopes in which the analysis of information requires the evaluation of identifiable factors. It exercises its judgment within generally defined practices and policies by selecting the methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Erroneous decisions or recommendations and failures usually result in serious delays in programs/projects and considerable expenditure of resources. It assists in the development of new products and processes and provides technical support for the transfer to the cd. juárez manufacturing plant and during the start of regular production. If CSS Position: This position will have responsibilities across the companies ETHICON and Cardiovascular and Specialty Solution (CSS) Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies) including a range of multiple product platforms such as General Surgical Devices, Sutures, ENT, Infection Prevention, Electrophysiology and Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics.

You Will Be Responsible For
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Applies an intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments or related fields.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and six or more years of related engineering experience
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline and five or more years of related engineering experience
• PhD in a relevant discipline and four or more years of related engineering experience.
• He has significant engineering experience at a complex level.
• Experience in the medical device industry is considered a plus.
• Knowledge in Six Sigma, preferably.
• Must possess a clear mastery of the practical, theoretical and experimental foundations of engineering techniques.
• Communication skills in English, spoken and written.
