We are looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst, who will support the commercial operations team by analyzing data and providing insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

What will you do?

Executes a variety of activities for a commercial segment and/or team. These may include but are not limited to sales forecasting and reporting, product launches, product design changes, customer problem resolution, warranty support, presentation preparation, and customer relationship management.

How will you do it?

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the forecasting process by providing accurate data analysis and insights.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management summarizing key findings and recommendations.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or commercial operations role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
