If you are ready to make a difference every day, FMC is ready to talk to you.**Overall Role & Responsibility**:- Manage & process monthly payroll end to end for several countries varying in payroll complexity in a Local / Shared Service Blended Team Model across LTAM.- Provide Support for **México, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Argentina, Brasil** payroll process as required.- Partner with all key stakeholders to ensure the responsibilities and objectives of the payroll function are successfully met including Finance, HR, External payroll service provider and banking partners.- Ensure the accurate, complete, and timely execution of payroll processing including coordinating and securing payroll data inputs, validating all related data and ensuring timely payment/credit to the bank accounts of employees.**_ Process:_**- Responsible for payroll processing, of several LTAM countries varying in payroll complexity using third party payroll partner.- Preparing and collecting all payroll data to send to payroll partner.- Checking and approving calculated payroll received from payroll partner.- Preparation of payroll checking, payment and sign off file for Payroll Manager.- Maintaining payroll records.- Responding to employee enquiries.- Reconcile and maintain payroll balance sheet account.- Statutory submissions and compliance and tax regulation.- Benefit in kind tracking and taxation.- Managing payroll disbursements.**_ Audit:_**- Lead the month end close process and performance of internal & SOX controls in a timely manner.- Manage audit compliance ensuring that both internal and external issues are addressed quickly.**_ People Responsibility:_**- Actively and independently manage payroll partner, personal workload and escalate solution-orientated concerns.- Achieve payroll deadlines and proactively monitor and raise instances where deadlines cannot be met in a timely manner.- Function as a member of a team, demonstrating effective teamwork and relationship building.- Participation regular training programs, stay current of local legislation.**Q**ualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred- MS-Office, ADP and T&A experience essential.- Workday LATAM payroll an advantage.- 4-5 years multinational payroll experience.- Experience working with a large payroll portfolio within a SSC environment.- Advanced level of English.
