Responsabilidades principales

Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de Recursos Humanos

Liderar procesos de atracción, selección y onboarding

Gestionar programas de desarrollo organizacional, desempeño y sucesión .

Administrar relaciones laborales

Implementar y optimizar políticas de compensación, beneficios y clima laboral .

Requisitos Requisitos

Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín.

5 a 8 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, preferentemente en Fintech, E-commerce, startups o empresas digitales . INDISPENSABLE

Experiencia gestionando equipos y proyectos de RH end-to-end.

Conocimiento sólido de legislación laboral en México.

Manejo de KPIs de RH y herramientas digitales

Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
