About the job:

As an SAP Authorization Application Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right people have the right access to our SAP systems. You'll collaborate with business and IT teams to manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in line with company policies and compliance standards. This role blends technical expertise with business understanding to support efficient, secure SAP operations.

In your future role as SAP Authorization Application Manager, you will:

• Oversee SAP user account setup, changes, and deactivation
• Manage user access based on roles and responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and functional teams to support SAP access governance
• Provide support during system rollouts and change requests
• Maintain documentation related to SAP user access and role assignments
• Stay informed on SAP security best practices and trends
• Support training and communication related to SAP access

We believe you bring:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken. Required)
• A Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP user administration or SAP security
• Familiarity with SAP SD, TMS, and related modules is a plus
• Experience with compliance standards and audit processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Additional details:

• This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to our IM Manager in the Netherlands.
